Lime Coconut Smoothie


- Water and meat from one young Thai Coconut
- 2 bananas – frozen if desired
- Zest and juice from two large limes
- Optionally add a handful of spinach, coconut flakes and/or oil, chia and/or hemp seeds.
Mix in blender till even in consistency. Serve.
